The 6-Month Process
This course runs over 6 months. It’s divided into 5 phases, each focused on a key part of your mentality. The first 4 phases take 1 month each. The last phase takes 2 months. Every phase builds on the last, in the right order.
You’ll also get a Notion template that acts as your workbook. It’s where you’ll apply the lessons, track your mindset, and stay consistent. You’ll use it alongside the video lessons.
Watch 1 class every 2–4 days. Use the days between to apply the tools and reflect. This isn’t just learning. It’s training.
What You’ll Build in Each Phase:

Phase 1: Introduction
You’ll learn the mental drills elite athletes use. You’ll define your identity, clarify your purpose, and set smart goals that match how professionals think.
You’ll feel focused, calm, and clear… with a routine that keeps you sharp. Your skills and mindset will already be improving. This is just one month in. -
Phase 2: Drive
You’ll find the motivation that actually lasts. You’ll enjoy football again, not just on good days, but during the grind. You’ll learn how to build habits that stick and develop a growth mindset.
You won’t feel lost anymore. You’ll feel driven and in control. This is two months in. -
Phase 3: Thrive Under Pressure
You’ll train real confidence. You’ll handle anxiety. You’ll bounce back from mistakes fast. You’ll make better decisions under pressure.
You’ll build stronger beliefs, improve your emotional control, and use pressure as fuel, not fear. You’ll stop crumbling. You’ll start thriving. This is just three months into the framework. -
Phase 4: Enter the Zone of Flow
You’ll bring everything together. You’ll learn how to get in the zone, and actually stay there. You’ll build your own pre-game routine, identify your flow triggers, and play present.
You won’t force confidence anymore. It will come naturally… over and over again. Four months in, you’ll feel completely free when you play. -
Phase 5: Complete Footballer
Now you go beyond mentality. You’ll train leadership, improve your recovery, manage your sleep, upgrade your diet, and learn how to deal with injuries, setbacks, and your environment.
You’ll also get a full strength and speed guide from a professional coach. You’ll become someone who performs, and someone who lasts.
By the end of the 6 months, you won’t just be better mentally. You’ll be more complete as a player, and as a person.
You’ll show up to each game focused, calm, and confident, and you’ll know how to repeat it, every week.
